Two works of Yvonne Fontijne were on display: ‘Walkerworld’ and ‘Jumps on floor’

‘Walkerworld’ is a real-time generated computeranimation.
It was projected onto a 32:9 screen by two projectors.
The work contains 120 loops of different human walks, registered using motion capture.
The abstracted human figures march across a landscape arranging themselves into different
shapes such as lines and grids.
A computer program generates the animation continuously such that it never repeats itself.

‘Jumps on floor’ is a computeranimation based on different jumps
that are registered for the motion library.
